Maneesh Bawa

Maneesh Bawa is a partner based out of the Noida (Delhi-NCR) office. He has over 15 years of working experience with Big 4 advisory firms in the areas of international tax, corporate tax, and transfer pricing. He holds an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) from the Chartered Institute of Taxation, U.K. Throughout his career, Maneesh has been consistently recognized by clients for providing outstanding professional services.

Maneesh spent the formative years of his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing on inbound tax advisory, leveraging tax treaty benefits, and developing solutions for regulatory matters. He gained extensive experience working on prominent global engagements, including cross-border group restructuring, tax due diligence, and mergers & acquisitions.

He joined KPMG’s tax practice in Delhi in 2008, taking on additional responsibilities such as assisting in business development and spearheading recruitment initiatives to build the transfer pricing and international tax vertical in Delhi. He further expanded his expertise to include alternative dispute resolution, negotiating APAs, advising on projects, and operational transfer pricing matters. His experience also includes client representation and senior counsel assistance on litigation matters up to the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal.
