Oladejo Adeyemi is a partner in the commercial practice group at Andersen (Nigeria).
Prior to joining Andersen in 2017, he worked with one of the Big Four firms for five years, where he provided clients with high-quality solutions to complex tax and regulatory challenges. During this period, he delivered tax compliance and advisory services to clients across a wide range of sectors and industries.
Over the course of his career, Oladejo has developed strong working relationships with tax and regulatory authorities, which has enhanced his ability to facilitate the timely resolution of clients’ tax-related matters. He has also gained extensive experience advising both local and multinational clients on Nigerian tax issues and evaluating the tax implications of proposed transactions.
In particular, he has supported clients with practical guidance on managing potential tax and regulatory changes and understanding their implications for business operations in Nigeria.
