Adeyemi Adediran is a partner in the commercial practice group at Andersen (Nigeria). Adeyemi has over 17 years of experience in providing tax compliance and advisory services to clients operating in various sectors and industries.
He started his professional services career with one of the Big Four firms, where he rose to the role of manager in the consumer markets group.
Prior to joining Andersen, He was the group tax manager of Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc, one of the largest manufacturing conglomerates in Africa. He has collaborated with multidisciplinary teams of middle and senior management personnel in various organizations to achieve optimal tax efficiency and operational effectiveness.
He has also led several engagement teams to provide tax advice on various taxes, including companies' income tax, personal income tax, value added tax, and withholding tax.
Over the years, he has developed the relevant network, contacts, and relationships with regulatory authorities needed for optimal business performance and resolution of tax review and investigation issues
