Andersen is proud to welcome Managing Director Bryan P. Collins to the US National Tax (USNT) practice in the Washington, D.C. office. Bryan brings to the firm over 30 years of experience in corporate tax consulting including spin-offs, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcies, consolidated returns, corporate restructurings and S-Corporations.
Previously, Bryan was a partner at Arthur Andersen, and, most recently, at a Big Four firm. He also served in the Office of the Tax Legislative Counsel in the U.S. Treasury Department. For the prior 19 years, Bryan was also an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law School.

Bryan is a member of the Texas and Washington, D.C. bars as well as a member of the American Bar Association Tax Section. He is a CPA and has previously spoken at conferences for organizations such as the Tax Executives Institute and Practising Law Institute.
