Andersen Tax & Legal in Spain welcomes two new Partners, Antonio Ñudi and Carlos Peña, who both specialize in real estate and urban planning law. They will be part of the Public and Regulatory Law Department. Antonio and Carlos join Andersen Tax & Legal in Madrid through the incorporation of Urbe Asesores Jurídicos.
Antonio and Carlos founded Urbe Asesores Jurídicos in 2001 and have since been advising public administrations, companies in the real estate sector, and real estate and financial companies managing real estate investments in Spain. They both have extensive experience in the phases of planning, management and execution of urban development and in the practice of contentious- administrative litigation.
Antonio holds a degree in Law and a Masters in Legal Practice from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. During his more than 20 years of professional career, he has specialized in the field of Construction Law from different law firms, as well as public administrations at a national level. He has acquired a deep specialization in the analysis of real estate assets and in the development and processing of instruments of urban management.
Carlos holds a degree in Law and a Masters in Legal Practice from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, as well as an Expert in Real Estate Law from the School of Legal Practice of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. With nearly 25 years of professional experience, he has developed his career in the field of construction law in different law firms. He has extensive experience in civil law and re-parcelling projects as well as the technical leadership of judicial proceedings in civil law.
