Arkadiusz Zurawicki

Arkadius Żurawicki is a Partner at Andersen in Poland with more than 20 years of experience. He specializes in transfer pricing.

Arkadiusz began his career in tax in 1997 at PwC in Warsaw. Subsequently, he joined Deloitte in 2001, where he started to specialize in transfer pricing. He then worked at EY in the Warsaw and Amsterdam offices and at a medium size tax advisory firm in Warsaw, where he became a Partner in 2009.

He has advised major Polish and multinational companies with transfer pricing strategy planning, risk management, design, documentation, and implementation work.

He has gained extensive experience in fields including business restructurings, transfer pricing policies, risk management, and transfer pricing litigation projects. He led numerous projects involving comparable studies and preparation of transfer pricing documentation for related-party transactions. His primary area of interest is the application of transfer pricing in business and tax planning.

The transfer pricing team led by Arkadiusz at one of his prior firms was ranked four times by International Tax Review as the best transfer pricing team in Poland.

At Andersen, Arkadiusz is also a leader of the Regional TP Center for Europe.
