Zey Nasser is a Managing Director in the Commercial practice, bringing over two decades of experience in US international tax and transaction services.
Throughout her career, Zey has developed an extensive background in cross-border tax planning and acquisition services, specializing in cross-border M&A transactions, foreign tax credit planning, and financial instruments. She assists clients with navigating the complexities of Subpart F, foreign tax credits, BEAT, GILTI, FDII and the intricacies of CFCs and PFICs. In addition, she offers invaluable insights on the taxation of complex financial instruments, cross-border lending transactions, debt modifications, and other financial arrangements.
Before joining Andersen, Zey was a Managing Director at EY within their International Tax & Transaction Services practice.
