Alisher Zaynutdinov

Alisher Zaynutdinov is the managing partner of Andersen Legal in Uzbekistan and co-founder Andersen in Uzbekistan.

With over 25 years of experience, he advises on corporate structuring, tax disputes, commercial and criminal litigation, and cross-border legal matters.

He is widely recognized for his strategic thinking and leadership in high-stakes legal proceedings.

His engagements span corporate and tax advisory, litigation before courts and regulatory authorities, defense in white-collar crime cases, and legal support in mergers, acquisitions, and PPP projects.

Previously, Alisher served as Head of Legal at UzbekExpertiza JSC, advised international financial institutions, and founded Virtus Leo Law Firm, which was rebranded as Andersen Legal in 2025.
