Suleiman is a partner in the private clients and family wealth practice at Andersen in Nigeria, with over 15 years of experience in tax advisory, wealth management services, and transfer pricing services.

Suleiman has extensive experience assisting high net-worth individuals and families in setting up appropriate investment holding vehicles that ensure wealth preservation and transition to succeeding generations. Suleiman is experienced in facilitating wealth management and tax structuring training for high-net-worth individuals and company executives across various industries.

In addition, he has provided advisory services to multinationals and clients in diverse industries on tax and regulatory issues, tax structuring and compliance, tax risk management, transfer pricing, corporate mergers and acquisitions, start-ups, compliance checks and reviews, reorganisation and recapitalization, and business restructuring.

Suleiman is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.

He also facilitates finance and tax training programs for staff, clients, and tax practitioners.
