Ken Wroblewski joined the Alternative Investment Funds practice of Andersen in July 2013. He has over 14 years of public accounting experience with a focus in the alternative investment fund industry. During his career, Ken has provided tax compliance and consulting services to a variety of clients including management companies, hedge funds, private equity funds, fund of funds, and family offices. He has consulted his clients on choice of legal structure from a tax perspective and has assisted with the implementation of several profits interest structures for his clients. Ken specializes in consulting clients on the U.S. federal income tax implications of transactions involving financial instruments. He also specializes in complex partnership issues and allocations. Ken also has experience assisting with ASC 740 reviews as they relate to the financial services industry.
In addition to providing tax consulting services, Ken has also performed a number of fund accounting services for his clients including providing monthly and quarterly investor reporting and functioning as fund controller.
Before joining Andersen, Ken was a manager in Deloitte's asset management tax practice in Chicago.
