Michał Wilk is a tax professional and head of the transfer pricing practice in the Katowice office. He has previous experience with tax settlements in enterprises, tax risk management, and planning tax-effective forms of investment projects.

He designs and implements transfer pricing policies; he prepares tax documents and benchmark analyses for clients, and supports them during transfer pricing inspections.

He provides comprehensive advice in processes of mergers and acquisitions and settlements of such transactions.

He is experienced in comprehensive tax reviews aimed to verify tax settlements and procedures and in pre-investment due diligence with elements of financial analysis.

He advises Poland’s largest development companies on tax settlements of large shopping and office centers. He has implemented complex projects of real estate taxes, which included identification of tax risks.

He conducted a number of projects for public aid in special economic zones and so-called Polish Investment Zone.

He has authored a number of publications on direct and indirect taxes in professional journals. He delivers tax workshops and training in the area of transfer pricing and operation in special economic zones.
