Dr. Jasper von Detten specializes in the areas of private construction law, architectural and engineering law along with public procurement law. He also specializes in EU state aid and grant law as well as IT and telecommunications law.
Dr. von Detten advises private and public clients on all aspects of planning and construction. This includes, among other things, the drafting of construction, planning and project management contracts, as well as the judicial enforcement and defense of claims and the application of dispute avoidance and dispute settlement measures.
He also advises on the structuring, preparation and implementation of public contract tendering and award processes, most recently in digitization projects.
Dr. von Detten studied at the Friedrich Schiller University of Jena and in Lausanne (Switzerland) and worked as a Research Assistant at the Chair of Public Law, European Law, International Law and International Business Law until 2009.
After completing his legal traineeship in Erfurt and Singapore, he worked as a Lawyer at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek in Frankfurt/Main from 2012 and at a law boutique firm GGSC from 2014.
Since 2018, he has worked for Andersen in Germany, specifically in Berlin.
