Michelle Ventress

Michelle Ventress serves as a managing director, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary to Andersen. She has over 35 years of legal experience, concentrating her efforts in tax consulting, finance, and commercial law areas. Michelle is responsible for supporting multiple areas of Andersen’s business, including working with the Firm’s management, finance, and human resources areas. She routinely provides legal advice on transactional matters related to governance, finance, employment, bankruptcy, and membership.

Before joining Andersen, Michelle served as a managing director and senior counsel to ABN AMRO, a major international bank based in the Netherlands, and to a US commercial bank, LaSalle Bank N.A. (now Bank of America) where she focused on financial services, securitizations and complex workout matters and was General Counsel to LINC Financial Services, Inc., an independent financial services firm that provided financing for capital equipment throughout the United States.
