Ana Úbeda is a partner in the commercial law department at Andersen in Spain’s Barcelona office.
She has over twenty years' experience advising on commercial and corporate matters, with a particular focus on franchising, agency and distribution.
She has advised national and international companies on the drafting, adaptation and execution of franchise documentation in accordance with Spanish legislation, as well as on the structuring and development of commercial networks.
She also has extensive experience in the out-of-court resolution of disputes in the distribution sector and in providing comprehensive legal support for franchise-based business models.
