José Antonio Tuero is a partner in the litigation department at Andersen in Spain.
his professional activity focuses on criminal law, economic and corporate criminal law, and compliance plans. He has more than 30 years of experience advising both individuals and national and international companies.
He began his career at a law firm, where he remained for more than 15 years. In 2018, he joined another firm as a partner in charge of the criminal and compliance department, as well as being responsible for litigation. In 2021, he took on the role of partner in criminal and compliance. José Antonio was the first President of the Criminal Lawyers Section of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM).
He currently combines his professional practice as a solicitor with his teaching work. Since 2015, he has been a lecturer on the Master's Degree in Economic Criminal Law at Rey Juan Carlos University.
