Manny Trelles

Manny Trelles is a managing director in the Commercial practice at Andersen. He brings more than 30 years of experience with a focus on structuring and optimizing transactions for real estate private equity funds, REITs, family offices, and high-net-worth clients. His expertise spans inbound investment strategies, cross-border tax planning, partnership and REIT structuring, and tax accounting methods related to revenue recognition and expense acceleration.

Before joining Andersen, Manny led a specialized tax and advisory team focused on structuring and optimizing transactions for both domestic and international clients, including investors from the Pacific Rim. His experience includes developing tax-efficient structures for partnerships, REITs, and LLCs, as well as consulting on tax accounting methods related to revenue recognition and expense acceleration.
