Alberto Trainotti​

Alberto is a partner at Andersen in Italy, focusing on supporting multinational companies, investment funds and trusts by providing them with a range of tax services including assistance in connection with M&A and structured finance transactions.

He also specialises in transaction support/deal services for industrial players and private equity funds, in the context of M&A transactions. 

He has experience as a tax advisor in both domestic and international contexts with an Italian boutique firm and an international law firm, providing his clients with support and assistance in corporate and tax matters.

He deals mainly with taxation of extraordinary transactions, financial taxation, and real estate and international taxation.

His experience ranges from international tax planning to securitization transactions. He also assists HNWI clients on issues related to the transfer or investment of personal assets.

Alberto also has experience in the management of practices related to tax benefits and the drafting of opinions and rulings.

He also supports his clients in tax planning by assisting other professionals of the firm.
