Ricardo Torres is a partner at Andersen in Spain, working in the commercial law practice in the Seville office.
Ricardo has more than 15 years' experience as a legal professional, specialising in commercial law, M&A, private equity, and venture capital. He previously founded a firm and was a partner of another firm.
He has extensive experience advising venture capital funds and national and international companies and investors on their stakes in Spanish companies and investments abroad.
