Christopher W. Tong

Chris Tong has over 18 years of experience advising C corporations and is a member of Andersen’s Commercial practice. He provides tax compliance and consulting services to multinational public companies and venture capital-backed, pre-IPO businesses across the AI, crypto, SaaS, biotechnology and pharmaceutical, medical device, and gaming industries.

His experience includes accounting for income taxes (ASC 740), tax accounting for stock-based compensation, corporate tax compliance, and credits and incentives.

Chris leads the tax function for several publicly traded companies, overseeing tax reporting, compliance, and planning and serving as a primary advisor to management on complex tax matters.
