Chris Tong has over 18 years of experience working with C corporations and is a member of the Andersen Commercial practice, specializing in providing tax compliance and consulting services to multinational public companies and venture capital-backed pre-IPO companies. Chris works with companies across the AI, crypto, semiconductor, SaaS, biotechnology, medical device, and gaming industries.
His expertise includes accounting for income taxes (ASC 740), tax accounting for stock compensation, tax compliance, and credits and incentives.
Chris currently manages the tax function for several publicly traded clients including tax reporting, tax compliance, and tax planning.
Before joining Andersen, Chris worked at Deloitte servicing public and non-public companies primarily in the technology industry.
