David Talakoub

David Talakoub is a managing director, bringing over 20 years of experience in transfer pricing and tax valuation. He advises multinational companies on a wide range of issues, including global transfer pricing planning, documentation, operational transfer pricing, and the valuation of intangible assets and legal entities.

Before joining Andersen, David was the co-managing partner of a boutique consulting firm, where he led complex transfer pricing and valuation engagements across many industries, with specific expertise in telecommunications, consumer products, specialty chemicals and industrial and high technology manufacturing. Earlier in his career, he worked at a leading valuation advisory firm, and he served in an in-house role with a major telecommunications and technology company, providing him with a unique blend of advisory and corporate experience.

David is known for his practical, business-focused approach to transfer pricing and valuation. His work has earned recognition in industry publications, including consistent mentions in the Legal Media Group’s Expert Guides as one of the world’s leading transfer pricing advisors.
