Howard Spitz is a member of the Andersen New York office with over 32 years of experience in corporate and transactional tax, family wealth planning, and business consulting. He has advised partnerships, S corporations, and limited liability companies on a broad range of tax matters.
Prior to joining Andersen, Howard worked as the Tax Director for a billion dollar multinational chemical and automotive manufacturing company. More recently, he served as the Tax Director for a private equity company advising on international, federal and state tax issues.
