Marta Duarte Silva is a partner at Andersen in Portugal. She has over 20 years of professional experience in tax advisory services for private clients and family offices, being recognized in some of the most prestigious international legal directories, particularly Chambers and Partners High Net Worth.

She has extensive expertise in tax residency planning, international and domestic mobility, succession planning, business wealth management, structuring of investment and disinvestment in Portugal and income tax compliance.

She has advised UHNWI, HNWI and family offices on asset and income structuring from a tax perspective and its implementation. She also has expertise on immigration and citizenship matters.

Previously to joining Andersen as partner in the tax practice area, she worked at Cuatrecasas and EY, where she has advised sophisticated and complex cross-border tax matters and assisted with the tax structuring of financial transactions.
