George Shaheen

George Shaheen is the CEO of Andersen Consulting.  He built a distinguished career in the professional services and technology industry spanning over 40 years. Known for his transformative impact on high-profile organizations, George currently serves on the boards of Green Dot Corporation and it’s subsidiary, Green Dot Bank, [24]7.ai, and Marcus & Millichap. His past board roles include chairman of Korn/Ferry International, board member of NetApp, strategic advisory board member of GenstarCapital, and IT governor of the World Economic Forum.

George has also served as the CEO of Siebel CRM Systems, Inc. and Andersen Consulting (Accenture), where he oversaw the move in 1989 to set up Andersen Consulting as a free-standing company from Arthur Andersen. In July 2022, he joined Andersen Tax LLC as special advisor to the CEO and Global Management Committee.

George brings significant experience launching, leading, managing and advising professional services and technology companies. He provides unique perspectives on leading large organizations and executive teams based upon his successful career as a chief executive officer. His consulting background gives him keen insight into sales and the customer-based service aspect of a company’s operations.

Previously, George served on the Board of Trustees of his alma mater, Bradley University, as well as the Kellogg Graduate School of Management Advisory Board.
