Before joining the team in 1996, Nalan applied her extensive academic background to the professional world, gaining valuable experience at prominent companies. During her tenure at her previous firms, she was involved in a range of key initiatives, from optimizing complex operational processes to contributing to high-level strategic planning.

This diverse professional experience equipped her with a deep understanding of different industries and prepared her to tackle a wide array of challenges. At Andersen in Turkey, she leads the corporate finance and business valuation team as well as project coordination.
