Michele Scola

Michele is a partner at Andersen in Italy. He has more than 20 years of experience in assisting companies and industrial groups with drafting commercial contracts and preparing extraordinary transactions. He also assists companies and individuals in transactions involving the purchase and sale of corporate interests, companies and business units. Michele provides assistance to clients, both in and out of court in commercial and corporate law matters.

He’s licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation.
