José Ignacio Sánchez Butragueño is a managing director at Andersen Consulting in Spain, who brings over 20 years of executive international experience with some of the tourism industry’s most prominent companies.

Previously, José Ignacio served as senior director of the Travel Industry at Deloitte. He was also global vice president at NH Hotel Group, where he led a team of over 230 people, driving revenue growth within a highly ambitious strategic plan. His previous experience includes serving as Revenue Management Director at Parques Reunidos, where he developed revenue optimization strategies from the ground up during the company’s IPO process. Additionally, he was Revenue Management Director for EMEA at Meliá Hotels International, overseeing a team of more than 70 people across 20+ countries.
