Ashish Sadarangani

Ashish Sadarangani is a managing director in Andersen’s Tax Transformation and Innovation practice. He has more than two decades of experience helping clients execute large-scale, integrated finance and tax transformation solutions. His work focuses on ERP-enabled finance transformations, accounting, and tax technology, providing strategic guidance throughout end-to-end transformation initiatives. Ashish has a strong background in leading cross-functional teams, with experience in project management, process reengineering, and technology solution development to advance transformation objectives.

Before joining Andersen, Ashish was a partner in the Tax Technology and Transformation practice at EY, and was also a managing director at KPMG, where he led the development and delivery of transformation solutions, guiding clients through complex global projects. His experience in aligning accounting, tax, risk advisory, and technology consulting capabilities enabled him to manage integrated transformation efforts across a wide range of industries.
