Leszek is Advocate with over 20 years of experience in advising and representing the Polish and foreign entrepreneurs, particularly in the financial sector
Leszek assists in all types of financing (including LMA-based loan documentation) and debt instrument funding.
He advises in debt restructuring and represents creditors in the debtor insolvency proceedings along with the disposals of assets foreclosed as loan security.
Leszek also supports clients in financial regulation matters (including before the Polish FSA) and the review of the financial products, and he represents businesses in litigation and arbitration cases.
He has represented investors in the acquisitions of private and public companies and gained experience from working with the telecom and energy sectors.
In addition, he is an Arbitrator for the Lewiatan Court of Arbitration and has led the banking and insolvency practices recognized by the Legal 500, Chambers Europe, Polityka Insight and the IFLR.
