Carlos Rodríguez is a Partner at Andersen in Spain, leading the firm’s Legaltech area in the Madrid office.
During his professional career of more than 24 years, he has been a Partner at PwC, where he was responsible for the national practice of intangibles and technological law and directed the area of innovation applied to the development of new legal and tax services (models with high technological base scalability including data exploitation models).
Likewise, he was a Partner of Ecix Group, where he founded and directed the Barcelona office, and later was a shareholder and Director at CSV Consulting, a firm specializing in software compliance and automation of compliance processes.
Carlos specializes in regulatory compliance with special consideration for technological regulations and therefore closely related to technology law. He is an expert in the application and implementation of regulatory frameworks to the organizational processes of his clients, taking into account the business requirements and also the technology that supports each process.
Additionally, he has extensive experience in the development of control models and regulatory compliance processes, before the Robotic Process Automation or Software Robotics (RPA) room, especially in data protection and cybersecurity.
