Giorgio Rizzolo

Giorgio Rizzolo is a partner at Andersen Consulting in Italy, specializing in recruiting middle and senior management in the energy sector. With over a decade of experience, he brings expertise across renewable energies such as photovoltaic (PV), wind, biomethane, oil & gas, power generation, energy efficiency, and energy transition technologies like carbon capture, hydrogen, and energy storage.

He leads strategic projects for major energy companies, including utilities, EPC contractors, and investment funds, building strong relationships with C-level executives. Giorgio works with the Human Capital team to deliver customized human resources consulting solutions tailored for the energy sector.

He has also established divisions focused on emerging technologies such as hydrogen and energy storage. Giorgio manages the P&L for his business line, leads a team of 20, and oversees project origination and execution. Prior to joining Andersen Consulting, Giorgio was a partner at Aegis leading the Greentalent, Aegis’ business line specializing in recruitment within the energy, engineering, and environmental industries.
