Gabriel Rifflart

Gabriel is an experienced legal professional at Andersen in Belgium, specializing in tax and corporate law. Since 2005, he has been a member of the Brussels Bar, where he began his career in a prestigious Brussels law firm. Over the years, he has established himself as an expert in complex tax issues, particularly in the field of international taxation, the structuring and tax optimization of corporate groups, real estate taxation and the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

Alongside his activities working with Belgian and international clients, Gabriel is also active as a teacher and trainer in the tax field. He is a lecturer at Henallux, where he teaches Tax Procedure, and a trainer at ICHEC, where he offers courses on corporate structures and estate planning.

Gabriel has a solid academic background and is also involved in the scientific community, having published and lectured on various tax topics, such as the deduction of professional expenses and the impact of the Belgian Constitutional Court on tax law.
