Dr. Dirk R. Reidenbach

Dirk specializes in advising on all aspects of corporate and partnership law, inter alia including group and reorganization law, advising corporate bodies and the advice on formation, financing and liquidation. Dirk’s corporate expertise also comprises advice in conflict situations with shareholders, executive bodies and board members - both in and out of court. Another focus of Dirk's work is advising on national and international transactions (M&A and restructuring), also with reference to capital market, finance and regulatory law.

Dirk has been a lecturer at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management since 2010.

Dirk was admitted to the bar in 2007. After studying law at Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn and at the University of Cambridge (LL.M.), he received his doctorate from Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main and completed his legal clerkship at the Regional Court / Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main. Before joining Andersen in July 2025, Dr. Reidenbach worked as a lawyer and partner for the several law firms.
