She leads a dynamic team dedicated to building the next generation of diverse and high-caliber professionals. In her role, she strategically integrates recruitment marketing, nurtures strategic partnerships, oversees vendor management, and directs high-impact programs, all while cultivating a culture where asking “What’s next?” is encouraged in a supportive environment. Her commitment to enhancing the candidate experience, aligned with business goals, is her guiding principle.
As Co-Lead of the Professional Women’s Collaborative for her office and Mentor Champion for the National Administrative Office, she is a people-first leader, empowering individuals to reach their full potential. Her commitment to professional growth extends to her role as the Professional Partner Chair-Elect and Board Member of Beta Alpha Psi, where she helps shape future leaders in finance and business.
Prior to joining Andersen, Kelly led Tax Campus Recruiting for the Central Region and served as the Tax Campus Recruiting Operations Lead for Deloitte. She also held influential recruiting roles in other organizations, consistently driving success in talent acquisition and development.
