Randy Sledge is a managing director in the Alternative Investment Funds practice at Andersen. He has more than 40 years of experience serving clients in the investment fund space. Randy's service specializations include: assisting investment partnerships with tax planning and compliance. Randy also consults with general partners and managers regarding their individual taxation, as well as federal and state compliance for management companies.
Before joining Andersen, Randy was a partner with KPMG where he served as the National Partner-in-Charge of KPMG’s Accounting Method and Credit Service as well as the Partner-in-Charge of the Dallas/Fort Worth/Denver/Oklahoma tax practice. Prior to KPMG, Randy was a partner at Arthur Andersen.
