Randy Sledge

Randy Sledge is a managing director in the Commercial practice at Andersen. Randy has more than 40 years of experience serving clients with domestic and international tax planning matters. Randy’s service specializations include:

• Merger and acquisition transactions
• Income tax due diligence
• Effective structuring of global entities
• Global tax credits and incentives
• Effective supply chain structuring
• Accounting method and credit service
• ASC 740, including the review of SEC documents

Randy also has experience assisting clients with U.S. federal and state local income tax examinations. His focus is assisting multinational clients with tax consulting projects.

Before joining Andersen, Randy was a Partner with KPMG, where he served as the National Partner-in-Charge of KPMG’s Accounting Method and Credit Service as well as the Partner-in-Charge of the Dallas/Fort Worth/Denver/Oklahoma tax practice. Prior to KPMG, Randy was a partner at Arthur Andersen.
