Randy Pedersoli is a managing director in the State and Local Tax practice. Randy has over 20 years of experience in providing state and local tax preparation and consulting services to clients. His primary focus is corporate and partnership income & franchise tax.

Randy’s tax services include:

• State and local tax due diligence analysis, calculations and recommendations on structuring the deal to best integrate within their current corporate structure and tax footprint
• Mergers and acquisitions planning, tax impact, and structuring on the sell and buy side of the transaction
• Apportionment review and planning to determine how the company should source their various streams of revenue using the most tax efficient strategy
• Leading large compliance engagement teams of over 20 staff and 600+ returns
• Leading the development of standardized procedures, work papers and technology tools to streamline the tax return preparation process
• State and local ASC 740 review

Prior to joining Andersen, Randy worked at Deloitte for 12 years and at EY for five years.
