Randall Sakamoto

Randall Sakamoto is a managing director at Andersen with nearly 30 years of experience in real estate research, consulting, and advisory services to clients throughout the U.S., with a focus on capital fundraising for real estate projects and funds.

He frequently presents and moderates industry panels and has been involved in several of the most significant public and private real estate capital raises in recent years.

Randall is responsible for overseeing operations within Andersen’s Berkeley office, including the delivery of strategic advisory services to clients and business development.

Before Andersen, Randall served as president and director of research at Rosen Consulting Group (RCG). Before that, he was with Cushman & Wakefield of California, Inc. and CoStar Group.
