Karoly worked for Arthur Andersen and EY for more than 12 years, before joining Andersen in Hungary in 2009. He has been advising multiple international and Hungarian clients in the field of Hungarian corporate tax, VAT and personal income taxation.
In 2003, he was one of the few experts taking part in the creation of a unique tax rebate system for the Hungarian film industry that eventually put Hungary on the map and made it one of the most important filming locations worldwide.
Karoly advises a variety of international and local clients in the telecommunications, media and entertainment industries - FMCG and IT industries in particular.
