Farrukh K. Qureshi

Farrukh Karim Qureshi is one of the founding partners of Andersen Legal in Pakistan. He is also the managing director of the International Centre for Appropriate Dispute Resolution and Prevention (ICADRP). He is a senior legal practitioner and Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan, with more than four decades of experience advising clients in complex commercial, regulatory, and dispute resolution matters.

His practice is particularly focused on international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. He has represented governments, multinational corporations, and private sector clients in proceedings conducted under the rules of ICSID, ICC, SIAC, SCC, DIFC-LCIA, and ad hoc arbitration frameworks. His experience spans a wide range of sectors, including construction, infrastructure, telecommunications, and investment treaty disputes.

Farrukh has acted as counsel in several prominent international arbitrations. He has also advised on dispute adjudication boards (DABs), infrastructure claims, and complex cross-border disputes throughout Pakistan, the Middle East, and Europe. His extensive arbitration and ADR experience has made him a leading figure in the development and promotion of effective dispute resolution mechanisms in Pakistan.
