José Manuel Pumar is a Partner at Andersen in Spain and Head of the Seville office.

José Manuel has more than 30 years of experience that he has developed as a Partner in Auren Abogados and as an Associate at Arthur Andersen and Espacontrol Auditores KMG.

During his professional career, he has specialized in giving tax advice to individuals, companies and business groups in various sectors. He has been involved in many corporate restructuring processes and acquisitions, succession planning, and inheritance and gift tax planning. He has experience in tax verification, inspection procedures, and in the legal management of tax litigation and administrative appeals as well.

In the academic field, he was a Professor of Constitutional Law and Financial Law at the University of Seville
