Edward Prokop is a managing director at Andersen. He has over 25 years of legal experience, focusing on complex business and real estate transactions. He is primarily responsible for supporting Andersen’s global expansion efforts.

Before joining Andersen, Ed was a partner at two elite international law firms, advising investment funds, opportunity funds, investment banks, REITs, large public companies, and high-net-worth individuals in connection with various matters, including high-value transactions, asset management, distressed situations, and various related disputes.
