Zeynep Poyraz

Zeynep Poyraz is a partner at Andersen in Turkey with more than 15 years of professional experience, specializing in in real estate valuation and advisory. She has been a member of Andersen in Turkey (previously Çelen Corporate Property Valuation and Counselling Inc.) since 2012, where her work focuses on the valuation of both tangible and intangible assets, investment and development counselling, and strategic advisory services for both public and private sector clients.

Throughout her career, Zeynep has worked on a diverse range of complex projects, including the valuation of company and REIT portfolios, infrastructure assets such as ports and refineries, and advisory assignments in hospitality, retail, and mixed-use developments. She also supports municipalities in urban regeneration and strategic planning, with a particular focus on ESG-aligned development, and conducts highest and best use analyses and feasibility studies for new and existing projects.

In addition to valuation and strategic advisory, Zeynep provides legal advisory related to real estate, including valuation and division of assets in inheritance, expropriation, and privatization processes. Her multidisciplinary approach allows her to address both technical and regulatory aspects of real estate, making her a trusted advisor for projects that require integrated expertise.

She completed the first level of the Appraisal Institute program in the USA and is a licensed Chartered Appraiser with the Turkish Capital Market Board.
