Begoña Power

Begoña Power is a partner at Andersen in Spain’s corporate department at the Madrid office.

She has over 25 years’ experience. In 2008, she joined DAYA’s Corporate Law Department, where she developed a practice specialising in corporate transactions and restructurings, as well as insolvency proceedings.

Previously, she worked at KPMG, where she specialised in tax and corporate law. After ten years, she joined the Gillette Group as legal and tax advisor, with responsibility for legal and tax matters in the Spanish and Portuguese markets, and as Associate Legal Counsel for Europe and AMEE, acting as the legal professional responsible for those markets within one of the group’s divisions.
