Rodrigo Porta is a managing director at Andersen Consulting in Argentina. A seasoned leader and entrepreneur, he offers deep expertise in business management, process optimization, and the strategic implementation of global technology and quality systems standards.

Prior to joining Andersen Consulting, Rodrigo was a co-founder and managing director at Kinetic Corp., where he developed transformative solutions for clients in the telecommunications, software, and manufacturing industries. He led initiatives to optimize processes, boost operational efficiency, and implement innovative strategies tailored to the specific challenges of each industry.

With more than two decades of experience, Rodrigo has consulted for prestigious organizations, including the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). He has spearheaded projects across Latin America and the Caribbean, focusing on automating and digitizing governmental processes to enhance efficiency and transparency.

Rodrigo actively contributes to academic and professional development as a lecturer in postgraduate and master’s programs across renowned universities in Latin America. His expertise spans Six Sigma, Lean management, and advanced project management practices. He is also a recognized trainer in agile methodologies and CMMI-based process improvement.
