Sabine Pittrof is an experienced corporate partner in the Frankfurt office at Andersen in Germany. She has delivered value to clients in her core areas of M&A, private equity and corporate law, particularly in the energy sector, for over 20 years.
She has extensive experience in advising national and international clients on M&A transactions and corporate matters. Sabine has a focus on renewable energies and has advised on infrastructure projects such as solar and wind farms, waste-to-energy, biomass and sludge incineration plants. Other industry experience includes life sciences, technology, IT, automotive, and packaging.
Sabine has a dual legal background from Germany and Australia. She co-chairs the German-Australian Business Council e.V. and is a member of the board of several not-for-profit associations.
Prior to joining Andersen, Sabine was a junior partner at Haarmann Hemmelrath, European Counsel at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, and a partner at Heymann & Partner, Deloitte Legal, and most recently at Squire Patton Boggs.
