Tiago Piló

Tiago Piló is a partner at Andersen in Portugal. He has over 30 years of professional experience in labor law and labor relations. He is recognized in some of the most prestigious international directories, such as Chambers and Legal 500.

Previously, he worked at Vieira de Almeida and DLA Piper.

He has expertise in restructurings, collective dismissals, labor audits, and Social Security matters, with broad experience advising multinational companies.

Throughout his career, Tiago Piló has advised national and international companies in the industrial, technology, healthcare, retail, and financial services sectors. He has solid experience in all aspects of labor law, such as corporate restructuring, collective bargaining, implementation of internal policies, and dispute resolution through both litigation and arbitration.

In addition, he has extensive experience in labor due diligence in M&A transactions, as well as in managing labor relations in environments undergoing digital transformation and adaptation to new working models.

He is also a Labor Specialist and a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA). In addition to practicing law, he teaches postgraduate courses at the Catholic University of Porto.
