Philipp Zschaler

Philipp Zschaler is a partner at Andersen in Germany. He has been admitted to the bar for over 20 years and specializes in real estate law. He provides comprehensive advice to real estate companies and investors on structuring and implementing transactions, including exit planning. He also deals with project developments and legal issues relating to ongoing real estate management, in particular commercial tenancy law. Out-of-court dispute resolution and litigation are further areas of focus.

Philipp Zschaler is an experienced advisor on insolvency and restructuring issues and regularly advises on the realization of loan collateral and insolvency avoidance matters.
