Philip Musacchio

Philip Musacchio is a part of the National Administration Office, supporting the finance function in connection with new business initiatives. He currently functions as Andersen’s Treasurer, Chief Accounting Officer and oversees Global Financial Reporting.

Before joining Andersen in 2013, Philip worked 15 years with HSBC in various C-level roles and served as the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Operating Officer of its private bank in the Americas. He led the support teams specializing in finance, operations, risk management, and technology. He led major projects focused on systems implementation, merger integration, risk management, new product initiatives, tax compliance, client onboarding, and client reporting. While at HSBC, Philip worked closely with the Andersen executive leadership team and served on its Board of Directors.

Philip also has 10 years of Public Accounting experience including eight years with KPMG and two years with Mazars. He provided audit and consulting services to global financial service clients and his areas of focus included SEC Reporting, Banking, and Asset Management.

Philip has been active with the New York State Society of CPAs Banking and Anti-Money Laundering Committees and co-chaired a Banking Conference.
