Peter Speranza

Peter Speranza is a managing director and member of Andersen’s Commercial practice in the Chicago office. Peter has over 10 years of experience and specializes in serving private equity firms, privately-held companies, and wealthy families with a variety of tax matters.

Peter advises clients on matters such as:

• Overall business structure planning including choice of entity
• Mergers and acquisition transactions and due diligence
• Utilization of S corporations, partnerships and private equity fund structures
• Tax planning for closely-held operating businesses

Peter has served clients across a broad range of industries, such as venture and private equity, financial and professional services, wholesale distribution, retail, and manufacturing. Peter has been with Andersen since 2013.
