Janet Peng

Janet Peng has over 20 years of diverse tax experience, including extensive knowledge of alternative investment, partnership taxation, and multistate taxation.

Janet focuses on assisting investment partnerships with tax planning, structuring, and compliance.

As the head of the China Desk at Andersen Tax LLC, Janet provides U.S. income tax, gift tax, estate tax consulting, planning, and compliance services to individuals, families, and corporations that have a Chinese background.

Before joining Andersen Tax, Janet was a tax director at Citi Group and worked at PwC. Janet has worked with some of the world’s largest institutional and non-institutional private equity and hedge funds, as well as domestic and offshore partnerships, advising on a wide variety of investment strategies, including buyouts, real estate, fund of funds, and venture capital.
