Marco Peñaloza

Marco has over 17 years of experience in matters related to internal and customs taxes, having worked in various public institutions in the country, which has allowed him to have comprehensive knowledge of control aspects.

He has held positions such as Director of Customs of Quito, Superintendent of Companies, National Head of the Fiscal Studies Center, Head of Control, Auditor of Large Taxpayers, among other roles.

Currently, he is the founding partner and manager of a global business advisory company, president of a finance company, and a university lecturer at various educational institutions in the country. He has participated as a speaker at various educational and business events, covering several current topics in economics and finance.

Marco is also a qualified professional by the Consejo de la Judicatura specializing in fiscal taxation, business advisory and review. He has submitted several reports related to his experience in legal proceedings before the Courts.
